🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning, insurance, or a related field.
• Certification in financial planning (e.g., CFP, ChFC) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and financial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using financial planning software (e.g., MoneyGuidePro, AdvisorEdge).
