Duta Putri Cafe & Coffee is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for learning and growing in the accounting field.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports,Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and filings,Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities,Participate in audit processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards,Provide administrative support to the finance department

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related field,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Fluency in English and Indonesian
