Depot Yoga Health Center is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and order placement. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and order placement.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place reorder requests as needed.,Assist in preparing purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.,Provide support to the Procurement Manager in various tasks and projects.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including supplier evaluation and negotiation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
