In this role, you will work closely with our team of marine biologists, conservationists, and local communities to implement and monitor marine conservation projects. You will conduct field surveys, analyze data, and develop reports to support our conservation efforts. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct marine resource surveys and assessments using tools such as GIS, GPS, and underwater cameras.
• Monitor marine biodiversity and ecosystem health through regular field surveys and data collection.
• Analyze and interpret marine data to identify trends, patterns, and conservation priorities.
• Develop and implement marine conservation strategies and action plans.
• Collaborate with local communities, government agencies, and NGOs to promote marine conservation.
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders.
• Participate in training and capacity-building programs for local communities and staff.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainable practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marine resource management or conservation.
• Strong knowledge of marine ecosystems, biodiversity, and conservation principles.
• Proficiency in GIS software and data analysis tools such as QGIS, ArcGIS, and R.
• Familiarity with underwater camera systems and marine survey techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to remote locations.
