📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor and control inventory to minimize waste and maximize profitability.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving restaurant performance and profitability.
