📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Manage and motivate a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including promoting special events and seasonal menus.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Monitor and control costs, including food, labor, and other expenses, to ensure profitability.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a consistent and high-quality product.,Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and meets all health and safety standards.,Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to ensure efficient and effective restaurant operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies for a restaurant.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
