In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our training center, ensuring that all training programs are delivered effectively and efficiently. You will work closely with our training instructors and participants to create a positive and engaging learning environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the training center, including scheduling, logistics, and participant management.,Work closely with training instructors to ensure that all training programs are delivered effectively and efficiently.,Create and maintain a positive and engaging learning environment for participants.,Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our organization and participants.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and make recommendations for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all training activities and participant information.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with organizational goals and objectives.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the training center.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, training and development, or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of training and development best practices and methodologies.,Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training management software.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
