📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with the HR Manager to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.,Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Support the HR team in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Assist in the organization and coordination of HR-related events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Good organizational and time management skills.
