📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Stock and manage inventory of food ingredients and supplies.,Prepare and present food items according to customer orders and special requests.,Follow health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Participate in training and development programs to improve cooking skills.,Assist in cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and utensils.,Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.,Possession of a valid food handler's certificate is a plus.
