In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fleet, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our vehicles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Ensure all vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Coordinate with drivers and mechanics to schedule maintenance and repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs.,Manage and maintain fleet documentation, including vehicle logs and insurance records.,Provide support to the Fleet Manager in strategic planning and decision-making.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are roadworthy.,Train and supervise new drivers to ensure they meet company standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
