📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate technical documents, reports, and contracts between Mandarin and Indonesian, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Facilitate communication between international teams and local stakeholders during site inspections and meetings.
• Conduct site visits and inspections, providing real-time translation services to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure that all communication needs are met.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Adapt to the fast-paced and dynamic nature of field projects, working under tight deadlines.
• Provide translation services for training sessions, workshops, and other project-related activities.
• Build strong relationships with local stakeholders and international teams to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Site Translator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and Indonesian, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Familiarity with construction and infrastructure projects, including knowledge of technical terms and industry-specific vocabulary.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) and a reliable vehicle for site visits and inspections.
• Willingness to travel and work in remote locations, including Ketapang, Kalimantan Barat.
