CV Kencana Dwi is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our vehicle fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management and a commitment to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our vehicles. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance, tracking vehicle usage, and ensuring all vehicles are in good working condition.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle deployment.,Monitor fuel consumption and costs, and implement strategies to reduce expenses.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Generate and analyze reports on vehicle performance and usage.,Maintain accurate records of all vehicle transactions and activities.,Handle any vehicle-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
