Seed Cloud Indonesia is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. This is an urgent position to help manage and coordinate our fleet operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and fleet management, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained and serviced according to schedule. You will also be responsible for coordinating with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all deliveries and services are completed on time and within budget.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of vehicles
  • Ensure that all vehicles are maintained and serviced according to schedule
  • Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all deliveries and services are completed on time and within budget
  • Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure that all vehicles are compliant with safety regulations
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and mileage
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure that all fleet needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, including drivers, dispatchers, and customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fleet management

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian
