📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements.,Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.,Handle employee benefits administration and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with management to address workforce planning and organizational development needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
