📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, training, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Lead and mentor HR staff.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Handle employee grievances and disputes.,Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
