📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and student enrollment.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, email, and print.
- Leverage Mandarin proficiency to engage with our international student community and tailor marketing messages to different cultural contexts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the education sector.
- Collaborate with the sales and admissions teams to ensure seamless student acquisition and retention.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing and education.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and promotional materials.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Mailchimp.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
