📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction.,Manage and motivate a team of staff, including chefs, waitstaff, and support personnel.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Plan and prepare menus, considering seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is a plus.
