📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate risks associated with digital asset operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the digital asset industry.,Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address compliance issues.,Work closely with the legal and business teams to ensure regulatory compliance.,Provide training and guidance to the team on risk management and compliance best practices.,Stay updated with the latest developments in the digital asset industry and regulatory landscape.,Collaborate with external auditors and regulators to ensure compliance and maintain a positive relationship.,Monitor and report on key risk indicators and compliance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or regulatory affairs, preferably in the digital asset industry.,Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and standards applicable to the digital asset industry.,Proven experience in conducting risk assessments and developing risk management strategies.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of relevant software and tools used in risk management and compliance.
