📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting financial audits and reviews to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Identifying and recommending improvements to internal controls and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness,Collaborating with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of financial records,Assisting in the preparation of audit reports and presenting findings to senior management,Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial auditing,Providing guidance and support to junior staff members in the finance department,Participating in continuous professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial auditing or a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
