📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.,Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.,Monitor and report on compliance-related risks and issues to senior management and the board of directors.,Provide guidance and advice to employees and departments on compliance-related matters.,Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards and ensure that our company's compliance programs are updated accordingly.,Collaborate with external legal and consulting firms to ensure that our company's compliance programs are effective and efficient.,Represent ams OSRAM at industry conferences, seminars, and other events to promote our commitment to compliance and corporate governance.,Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on compliance-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in compliance, corporate governance, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a senior or management role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws, regulations, and ethical standards.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
