SATOSHI Indonesia is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Crew Outlet to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our outlet, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of the outlet, including stock control, merchandising, and customer service.,Ensure the outlet is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to attract customers.,Provide excellent customer service to all customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Drive sales by promoting products, offering discounts, and creating a positive shopping experience.,Monitor sales targets and performance, providing regular reports to the management team.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.,Work closely with the management team to ensure the outlet meets all sales and operational targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including stock control, merchandising, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.,Ability to lift and move heavy items, as required.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
