📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the General Ledger to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.,Monitor and reconcile bank and cash accounts to ensure accuracy.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial reports.,Provide financial support to the management team and ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Manage and supervise junior finance staff as required.,Participate in financial planning and analysis activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in General Ledger and financial accounting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
