📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement ESG strategies that align with Macquarie Group's business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of ESG professionals, fostering a culture of sustainability and ethical business practices.
  • Conduct ESG risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential environmental, social, and governance risks.
  • Monitor and report on ESG performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into our investment and lending processes.
  • Stay abreast of ESG trends, regulations, and best practices, and advocate for their adoption within Macquarie Group.
  • Represent Macquarie Group at industry forums, conferences, and stakeholder meetings to promote our ESG commitments.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable ESG laws, regulations, and codes of conduct.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Finance, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in ESG and Climate-related roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian business environment and regulatory landscape.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
