📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the entire order fulfillment process, from order receipt to delivery.
• Utilize ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle to manage inventory and order tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between sales, marketing, and logistics.
• Implement and maintain fulfillment best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and analyze fulfillment performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the e-commerce and fulfillment industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, supply chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, order processing, and logistics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
