📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records using HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
• Support the HR team in organizing and executing employee training programs
• Manage office supplies and inventory
• Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and services
• Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings
• Provide administrative support to the HR department
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
