In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the security and compliance of our platform by verifying customer identities and business information. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct Know Your Business (KYB) and Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence on customers and businesses.,Review and verify customer and business information to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues related to identity verification.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer and business information.,Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry best practices in KYB/KYC operations.,Provide support to the team by assisting with training and onboarding new team members.,Work with the Bridge team to improve and streamline KYB/KYC processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.,Experience in KYB/KYC operations, compliance, or a related field.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in KYB/KYC operations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
