📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement community-focused health and wellness initiatives.
• Work closely with local health workers, community leaders, and other stakeholders to identify health needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Design and deliver health and wellness programs using your knowledge of health and wellness.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of health and wellness programs to ensure their effectiveness and sustainability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, health workers, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement a strategic plan for community health and wellness.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in community health and wellness.
• Represent NTUC Health Co-operative at community events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Community Health, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in community health, social impact, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of community health and wellness principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with health and wellness programs, community engagement, and data analysis is a plus.
