🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR development, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent development.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
