📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the biogas plant, ensuring efficient and sustainable energy production.
• Monitor and maintain plant equipment, including digesters, gas holders, and generators, using tools such as SCADA systems and PLC controllers.
• Manage waste inputs, including organic materials, to optimize biogas production.
• Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, following manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the team to implement process improvements and optimize energy output.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
• Train and mentor junior staff on plant operations and safety procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance and sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in biogas plant operations or a similar role.
• Knowledge of biogas plant equipment and processes, including digesters, gas holders, and generators.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems, PLC controllers, and other industrial automation tools.
• Understanding of environmental regulations and safety standards relevant to biogas plants.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different locations within Bali.
